A seasoned insurance agent with more than 20 years of experience, Dale is passionate about utilizing his strong management and client service skills to connect clients with the correct insurance to fit their specific needs.

Prior to starting in the insurance industry, Dale’s foundational experience was heavily client-service based; for many years, he ran a successful business that involved working directly with city districts to help achieve their goals, and Dale also worked in the sales arena – selling software in a competitive market. And so, when he came to insurance, Dale had acquired a skillset built on a strong management, sales, and client service foundation – which helped him successfully launch his insurance career and ultimately become the owner of his own business.

One of Dale’s proudest accomplishments has been achieving client service awards nearly every year he has served in the insurance industry.

In his free time, Dale enjoys cheering on any of the Colorado sports teams, and spending time with his family. He looks forward to growing The Weese Insurance Agency to be the leading insurance provider in the region, in the years to come.
